- I've ministered in established Southern Baptist churches for over 30 years. I admire what God is doing in church planting these days in the US, but am aware that the needs of an established church are fare different than those of a more recent church plant. Having also served as a Church planter and strategist with the IMB for 10 years, I've seen both sides of "church". I want to help pastors face the unique challenges of an established church, so they reach their full potential. I currently pastor Rolling Hills Baptist Church in Fairfield Ohio. I am married to Leann (Crawford), and we have 4 children who are the blessings of our life. I have a new granddaughter that has opened my world to the awesomeness of grandparenthood. I love reading (usually will have 3 or 4 books working at one time), music (it's a family trait from my dad-- I love my guitar), and sports (some have called me somewhat competitive). I try to stay in shape by playing racquetball weekly.
